I’m going to read the transcript this evening, but the excerpts I’ve seen indicate a very detailed, well thought out plan. I’d like to see a video of his whole speech.

If you want them to read the transcript, make sure you edit out the parts that will offend conservatives. Oh... that’s already done. His egregious promise to use executive orders to enact legislation has been morphed out of his words into a “better” explanation.
