Another "My strength is the strength of ten because my heart is pure" lawsuit. God, save us from well intentioned lightweights who give the other side easy wins.

Filing lawsuits to regain our Constitutional rights is not something amatuers should do. This is serious stuff, and having Joe Schmoe enter the ring by himself against professional heavyweights on the other side does us no good.

Sure, he should win, given the Constitution, but the other side has been working for decades to keep that from happening. I doubt this same fellow would believe that he would have a good chance of winning against the professional burglar armed with a sawed off shotgun, when he was armed with his fists.

It could happen... but that is not the way to bet.

I thought that the issue of government agencies outlawing possession of firearms in public housing had already been addressed.

Even if our approach to choosing cases is perfect, there will still be a need to fight locales which fail to recognize prior wins. What should this student be waiting on?
