Here’s the bad part. A lot of the talking points the former Palinistas and Paultards are repeating were started by Dem posters on a number of conservative boards and forums. No one gave a crap about in-state tuition when it happened it 2001 in Texas, but now all of a sudden it’s a “I won’t vote for Perry because he’s an amnesty supporter.” Hate to see conservatives fall for it.
Well, this WH has spent millions to cause the loons on the right to be led to the slaughter. Without Perry...they and America is doomed.

You weren’t here back in 2001 so I don’t expect you to know what was going on here back then.
The reason no one “gave a crap” is because most people weren’t aware of it. I didn’t know about it until he came on the national scene and I’m a political junkie. The thing is, people pay less attention to what happens in another state than they do about what’s going on in their own state. I’ve heard a fair amount of Texans (I’d say about 50/50) who oppose the legislation as those who think it’s fine or no big deal. His record will and SHOULD be scrutinized.
