It is not the plan that is important, it is the chance to change the tax structure that is important. Doing away with tax deductions will cause some to pay a little move, doing away with all that tax accounting work will also save them money and time. Each item will have trade offs. But taking power from congress and cronyism is priceless.

What needs to be shouted from the rooftops is that, even though I don’t pay any taxes, and would have to under 999, I’m actually paying my bosses’ taxes and won’t have to anymore = Higher wages.
