Some of the lower 50% who pay zero federal income tax will be joining the hard working to push the wagon a little instead of riding in it. Any one paying payroll tax, dividend tax, capital gains tax, AMT, death tax etc will see a tax reduction.

And even then, they will be paying lower commodity prices. Would you accept a 9% increase in your sales taxes for a 20% reduction in commodity prices?
Sure, the evil corporations will try to hold on to their extra profits with a drop of corporate tax rates from 35% to 9%. Their competition is unlikely to sit by and allow it.
Any economists worth their salt estimate that most corporate taxes are passed on to consumers. It is not unrealistic to expect that most corporate tax savings will be passed on to consumers as well.
