It’s party time — let’s party like it’s 1939!
Too bad the gentleman in that pic is just that. I would have liked to have seen him put that megaphone in a place where it would have had to have been surgically removed.
Thankfully he didn't respond the way she had hoped. She's proud of that pic, proud enough to put it on her website, or so I've heard. I've never been there and never will. Maybe Mike Rowe could take a look.
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Cindy aside, does it not disturb anyone that people are being arrested for alleged unlawful assembly? There is no mention of violence or any other criminal acts being commited.

sorry for the double post.
You ignored the first five words of Amendment I.
Congress shall make no law....so your point is that perhaps they were breaking a state or local law?
My point is that the First Amendment does not grant you the right to free speech, freedom of assembly, right to petition the government, etc. It only gives you protection from Congress denying you those rights.
“or prohibiting the free exercise thereof” I would say that this line covers it!
