So he cries out the State’s Rights card at the debate about a sales tax and then he wants to go totally counter to the 14th amendment on this issue?
Maybe if he were true to the 14th stand, he would just keep it there and encourage other states to refuse to recognize that marriage if they decided to move to those states. And to make sure it is only a ballot initiative and cut the courts out of legislating from the bench.
