Crony capitalism is not "having money," so its not the same charge. Crony capitalism means that you take money from private interests to influence your decisions on public policy. People have charged Perry with that, based on some of some of his controversial decisions and the fact that those decisions benefitted people who had given him significant amounts of money.
It's not possible to charge Cain with this as he's not made public policy.
But nobody has said Perry is bad simply because he has money. That a nonsense charge that you simply made up.
