The real answer to overpopulation is free market prosperity. When a society becomes wealthier the birthrate universally drops. That is why formerly turd world countries like Mexico and India have plunging birthrates.

There is no need for government intervention if you are concerned about too many people. Just enable Burundi to develop their own free economy and that Burundi woman's kids won't have ten more, they'll have two or three, like she said she wishes she had.

The apostles were not the rock Jesus was referring to. Rock=Peter=Kephas=Cephas
A little knowledge of Greek and Aramaic will show that.

Peter was the first Pope as only he was given the keys to the kingdom of Heaven. Keys represent an office - Jesus was instituting the Papacy here. Read about Eliakim in Isaiah to see what the keys and the other language in Matthew is referring to.
