Yes, I read that specific article long ago. There is nothing there that says that Ampenergo invested under any other terms than Rossi has used for all his other deals...(i.e. that no money transfers until the customer is satisfied that the device works).
But you really "should" read the article more closely. If you do, you will see that many of the principles of Ampenergo are people that Rossi has worked with, or for, for many years. Of all the people in the world most qualified to make a "personality" judgment call on Rossi, they are probably THE most qualified group to do so. And "they" think he's "on the up-and-up".
Note also that Ampenergo states that they had the device verified by another scientist who had a "cold fusion" background, and that "he" was enthusiastic about Rossi's tech.
So, in total, the article is yet another actual piece of proof that Rossi's device is real, and works.
And in fact, some others have implied that Ampenergo is part of "the scam", rather than being scammed.
