It seems veteran Fox News reporter Geraldo Rivera follows the maxim 'If at first you don't succeed, try, try again,' particularly when it comes to dealing with Occupy Wall Street protesters.
On Sunday evening, Mr Rivera waded into a crowd of protesters along with his camera crew and some body guards, flashing his trademark grin.
He even went so far as to high-five some supporters.
It seemed like a much warmer welcome than he was given on his first trip down to the Zuccoti Park protest, when he was heckled and appeared to leave due the area as a result.
Sunday's warm reception didn't last long, however, as one protester, seen wearing a rainbow coloured knit cap, approached Mr Rivera and poured a package of an unidentified white powder on the newsman's coif.

I'd say that he's a slow learner.
About a year or so ago here in West Virginia he got punched in the nose when he tried to push his way into the church where the families of the mine disaster were waiting for news about their loved ones who were trapped in a coal mine.
He immediately left the state.

In my mind ... that is EXACTLY what needs to happen. Not by the police ... not by a government official ... but by one of the “people” We got in this mess because we ceded WAY to much power to the Goverbnment and their minions , the police. We as a society have forgotten it is us that are supposed to make the rules. When our representatives ... the government and the police fail to do what we expect them to do .... as they have been so spectacularly doing ... it falls upon US to back take over. The police are NOT going to help get our country back. In my view they have become a big part of the problem. WE must do it ... and if it means knocking some POS hippy on his ASS for assaulting one of us ... then IMHO WE NEED to DO IT.

The funniest part about the “Fox News Lies” chants was that he was being very nice to them and interviewing them and getting their words out....so in essence they were saying that they are a bunch of commies bent on over throwing the government and not what he was reporting them to be....
After Italy fell in WW2, American soldiers did a lot of dusting Italian citizens with DDT. Reminds me of pictures from that time.
