CBS has done extremely well because in this new season, the sitcom has made a comeback of sorts--and CBS has an illustrious history of great sitcoms going all the way back to the groundbreaking I Love Lucy.

The newspaper company I used to work for got caught doing this and was sued by advertisers. It has never really recovered. Several big advertisers sued them for fraud and won, since ad rates were much higher than they would have been if they had used accurate representations of truly paid circulation.

I’d love to know how many people really pay for USA Today. When they first came out, there were USA Today boxes on every corner — now, they are available in gas stations and C stores, but that’s about it. Gannett is shrinking like a wicked witch hit with a bucket of water.

I wont be surprised if they switch to an 8-10 pm schedule. NBC, meet DuMont Network.

Nowadays, a lot of people read USA Today through their website (which is actually quite good, I might add!) or through the app from the iTunes App Store. In fact, the USA Today app is on my iPad 2.

Homeland is on right after Dexter. I think it’s Sun. Night. We use the DVR so times are’t important to us.
Watch this Sat. , marathon of the first 3 episodes. Might be tough to pickup the storyline otherwise.

A soldier captured in Iraq is returned after 8 yrs. CiA spook thinks he was ‘ turned’.
