Didn’t take long for Anderson Cooper to take an audience question and pit two candidates against each other (first Q to Bachmann regarding federal sales tax).
Romney will be getting coddled once again.

What she's not saying is that purchases from U.S. companies will be subtracted from the tax through the supply chain. Bottom line is you have a net one-time tax.
Late, but here. What did I miss?
The first question was to each candidate and it was: What would you replace the current tax system with? Then each candidate proceeded to attack Cain. None of them presented a plan, only Cain did!
OOOOhhhh
Perry is going to have a plan later this week.
That is what he also said LAST WEEK.
Come on, Rick. Get your campaign in gear!
A few snipping dogs up on a stage for a little while, ain’t nothing compared to the BIG “C” (CANCER). Its gang up on Herman Cain. He is definitely over the target. Perry is coming off as a real panderer with this “brother” business. Would he talk like that to the other candidates? Herman is going to kick their asses. Get ready for the ass whipping.
Cain isn’t answering the VAT issues. I understand his plan has purchase price subtracted throughout the supply chain. Cain needs to have simpler answers. Romney not making sense.
See? They’re letting Romney attack others on their records but is getting away scott free on his OWN record.
As I expected, Cain can’t stand up to scrutiny. Looks very defensive.
His constant apples and oranges comparison. Weak and simple minded, just like every other argument of his.
“No, you’re wrong, I’m right”.
Wow
ROUND 1: ============================
CNN directs attacks against Mr. Cain:
Michele Bachmann - Attacks Cain on 999. whines she has
her own plan. yada yada. Given two chances to attack
Mr. Cain.
Herman Cain - Eloquent and clear defense of 999 plan.
Rick Santorum - Jumps on Cain. yada yada.
Makes a false statement corrected by Mr. Cain.
Rick Perry - “NH not interested in sales tax”. Again
alludes to a future plan (second time, in second debate).
[corrected by Mr. Cain who elucidates
RINO Perry’s limited thinking]
Ron Paul (CNN moderator again stokes the anger
against Mr.Cain) Ron Paul eagerly takes the bait
though a bit incoherently.
Mitt Romney - “Simpler is better” (asks Mr. Cain a
question and comes off stupid like RINO Perry.
Again, Perry and Romney have been prepped by Obama
and Rove. Romney takes it off-topic and boasts
about himself. [Romney ignores his economic failures
and so will CNN.]
Newt Gingrich - Points out 999 will be a ‘hard sell’
and complements Herman Cain.
THE CROWD GOES WILD.
Not buying Perry and I hate Romney the Pinhead
Romney hasn’t had to explain anything about his record yet. All the questions are geared toward coddling him.
what? Romney wants to repeal Obamacare? Really Mr. Romneycare?
The question was about Romney.
The RINO Perry at the plate missed the ball.
Once. Twice. It's Over.
The utterly weak Perry is a Rove-plant for Romney
The PerryBOT women ought be NUTS over this!!!!!!!
Romney is SUCH a liar!!!!! He wanted RomneyCare for the whole nation!
Holy Cow - GO RICK!
Wow...Mitt is SUCH a jerk.
