Sorry, Romney won that “round” with Perry, IMHO. First, by putting his hand on Perry’s shoulder and Perry acceding to this, he sent a strong visual signal that he was the Alpha male in the exchange.

That conglomerate is obviously pro-Democratic party, and Anderson Cooper is a homosexual trust fund baby (Vanderbilts) who has a left-leaning agenda. The podium setup and question format were designed to exacerbate the potential conflict between the candidates, and Cooper got exactly what he was looking for—the discrediting of the most prominent Republican contender for the presidential seat.
