But if they are a FRIEND of yours’ from YOUR church, you might have a clue if they were at your house every week for more than a year?
You might want to google about Romney hiring illegals before you defend that lying POS on this.
I have a lawn service as well. Frankly, I have no idea if the service has illegals working on my lawn or not.
I told them when we hired them I didn't want illegals working at my house. However, they do their work during the day when I'm not there. I don't double check them to make sure none of them are illegals. To ensure it, I'd have to be there every time they do the work and check the papers of anyone I didn't recognize as having their papers checked before.
I don't know - maybe you have the time to do that. I don't, nor does anyone else I know.
Someone else mentioned that Romney had been told by a media reporter that there were illegals working on his lawn, and he still did nothing. (Romney disputes that and says he told them to stop. When they didn't, he fired them.) If Romney truly did nothing, then he was indeed wrong. Nevertheless, my opinion doesn't change about the lameness of this attack. There are many more (in my view) important things to confront Romney about than this.
Perry came off as being very desparate to turn the focus off his "heartless" comment. Too late as far as I am concerned.
