its very clear that private sector jobs have been doing fine. Its the public sector jobs where weve lost huge numbers, and thats what this legislation is all about.

That’s exactly Harry’s Quest.
The Left has always seen itself as in direct
COMPETITION with free enterprise and the private
sector. Ironic, since it’s only the private sector
that provides the wealth the Left is only too happy
to hijack-—wealth it could NEVER create on its own.
In the same exact way that critics are in direct competition
with creators, as in the Arts, so is the Left in competition
with the marketplace, business, and entrepreneurialism.
They’re both fighting over the same “territory”,
A great theater critic once said “The critic knows the way,
but he can’t drive the car.” In other words, critics have some kind of utopian vision of what any work of art might have been, should have been, could have been, if only the artist didn’t have the initiative to go ahead and create this very work that is being thrown like red meat to the critic. The critic thinks it should have been him to create
the work of art,but the last thing a critic can do it create
anything,
This Administration’s biggest achievement so far has been in harnessing
some corporations to do its bidding, on fear of fines, regulations and punishments. The rewards for those who play ball with the Left and this Administration, of course,
is ALWAYS going to come from the taxpayer.
But Harry Reid is right in saying that it’s government jobs we have to worry about, even as they increase and keep increasing. To the Left , whose ultimate goal is total government control and the disapperance of Liberty as even
a feasible moral, political and intellectual concept, an incremental increase in livelihoods dependent on “government” largesse (read: taxpayer largesse)is the quickest road to total domination.
In 2013 couldn't a President resend that order?
Sen. Reid, with your close ties to the mob you can answer this better than anyone; are mob jobs more government sector or private sector jobs?
