Throughout all of history those on the “inside” always looted the treasury just before the government/empire collapsed. Nothing new to see here. Just move on peasant.
The scary thing is that 10 years ago, had a foreign army invaded our shores, I would have grabbed my trusty Remington 700 and gone sniping. I would have gladly risked my life to fight for flag and country.
