Moving along at +200MPH under water seems cool until you consider the forces exerted upon such craft due to any instability causing water to come back in contact with the hull.

Suddenly, you just got smacked by a wave going 200+mph.

Suddenly you go from 200+ MPH to 0 MPH.......Water doesn't compress easily...........
