In all fairness to the “Occupy Oakland” crowd, that may have been just a regular Oakland citizen, not affiliated with the protestors. I hear that death to whitey is a pretty popular sentiment in those parts.

Actually, it sounds like a statement of fact.
Given that it’s Oakland. 20 years ago or so I stayed at the Oakland airport Motel 6. Had a 12’ chain link fence with razor wire at the top around the entire facility, and armed guards at the gatehouse.
Decided I wouldn’t go out for a late-night stroll after all.

That’s what happens when you have a feral inner-city population which has been born, bred, fed and educated on the Democrat plantation for 50 years. “Kill Whitey” isn’t just a statement. It’s a belief system.
Revs. Jackson, Sharpton and Wright have been pushing this mentallity, with the assistance of the MSM and white liberal establishment, for 30 years. The only suprising thing about the reporter being threatened is that anybody is suprised by it in the first place.
