Leadership: The president makes an odious comparison between the Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street, unable to tell the difference between those who work to change the system and those who would destroy it.
If you ask President Obama, the angry mobs (to coin a phrase) of Occupy Wall Street (OWS), members of which when not relieving themselves on the hoods of New York taxis offer no coherent explanation of their purpose and agenda, are merely the Tea Party of the left.
On Tuesday, he told ABC's Jake Tapper he understood "the frustrations being expressed in those protests" on Wall Street, noting that "in some ways, they're not that different from some of the protests that we saw coming from the Tea Party." Excuse us, but there's a world of difference.
While described as angry mobs at the time, the Tea Partyers who peacefully assembled and showed up at town hall meetings to confront the career politicians who claimed to represent their views left these meetings quietly to organize and rock the vote, to coin another phrase, in November 2010.

Tea partyers show up to vote. Flea partners...not so much.

Good summary. Thanks for posting it.
I hope the Tea Party can keep up the momentum It’s been a great force so for.
These poor aging hippies and stoned ex-students have been driven mad with envy and are increasingly seen as a really big reason why the Obama crowd must be put out.
The TEA party is huge and doesn’t need to compete. While the 60’s retreads continue to bang their drums and defecate on doorsteps, all the TEA has to do is keep its powder dry and wait.
