The Miami Herald’s Marc Caputo casts a wary eye on the Washington Post report on Marco Rubio, and suggests the senator may be guilty of a lesser offense than deliberately misleading the public: sloppiness.

the gist of the matter is that Rubio’s parents saw the handwriting on the wall and fled Cuba a couple of years before Castro actually took over and became residents of the US. Rubio had made some statements about his parents being refugees from the Castro takeover so they are saying these were lies. As we all know Rubio was not even a glimmer at that point being born in the US his parents having become citizens in the meantime. The embellishments if any were likely Rubio’s parents explaining to a child why they had to leave their home and come to the US.
It seems, they are saying he has lied about when his parents came to the united states, it seems they came here before Castro took over. If that is the truth a whole big can of worms has been opened

There was a civil war going on whne his parent left the country.
That war was going on years before Castro and his psychotic mini me Che took over.
Many Cubans came to the US before Castro took over. The “revolution” had been going on for years. It was legal to immigrate from Cuba in the 50’s.
A play on Rubio’s words, maybe. It is not a problem for me.
We should be prepared for 12 months of amazing investigative reporting...of Republicans, that is.
Whatever I have plenty of problems with Rubio but the circumstances of his birth and obscure timelines of what and where are not among them . Let us instead examine his tax and fee raising record as house speaker here in Florida b4 declaring him any kind of conservative. Rubio is just another RINO in a Cuban wrapper. That being said the current attack on him is a tempest in a teapot.
I have been off FR for a while now - and I can’t believe the Venom of the posters against our own party - no matter Who they are. You don’t like anyone!
You would think FR is filled with Trolls - or worse - just plain, Hateful people. FR never used to be this way.
No wonder we can’t win anything . . . our Own go after EVERY candidate we have viciously. Why Not KEEP giving the opposition a Stone to throw at all our candiates? Help them, why not?
That way - Obama will have a clear and easy Landslide win . . . with all the voting fraud and our assistance in attacking our own candidates.
I challenge you critiques to spend one day when you are not spewing your negative garbage!
