What passes as high-schoolers' fashion often turns out to be mainstream adult fashion in Asia. You will be surprise to see how many women in 20's or even early 30's try desperately to be a cutsie.

Are there any Japanese girls that don’t try to dress and act like 12 year olds?

They all just seem to sound and look like the elevator doesn’t quite make it to the top floor.
