Sheesh. What are they going to do, put 9-1-1 on speed dial while the attacker is ripping off their clothes? Are they supposed to give a calm description while he's violating their bodies? Are they supposed to wait calmly for the rape crisis people? Or do you think it just might be better to blow the bastard away first with that gun you wouldn't let a lady carry?
Oh but I guess that doesn't employ as many police, crisis counselors, attorneys, prison guards, parole officers, and unionized healthcare workers.
