Don’t know level of kosher, but in Jerusalem, you really have to look to find anything outright not kosher. Sbarro’s is probably Chalav Yisrael.

Also I believe the Arutz Sheva article is incorrect - that it was 16 life sentences and not 16 years that she was sentenced to.
That might be the amount of time she actually served. Hope she dies and rots in hell.
