Good grief, with the picture above your post, I just figured out what all these windmills are really all about.
They are feeding station areas for the wolves they’ve reintroduced to the wild that we can’t kill if they come at us or our domestic herds.
The blades are there to nail birds and they fall to the ground dead (but fresh) around these turbines, and the wolves can just come there and use the place as a feeding station.

Yes, they have stopped hunting and just lay around under wind mills, we have now created a welfare class of wolves. I expect any day they will go on a strike demanding more veggies in their diets. That or organic birds.
