Two separate issues.

The law says illegals shall not be denied emergency care, it does NOT say that illegals shall not be denied preventative & ordinary care in an ER.

I'm not that familiar with Romney's state health care law but if it legitimizes ordinary or preventative care for illegals at taxpayer expense then it is very much a big deal and Romney deserves all the crap that can be flung at him for it.
