The lemonade three are free.

The Superior Court of the District of Columbia dropped all charges Monday against three activists arrested in August for selling 10-cent cups of lemonade on the lawn of the Capitol building.

Will Duffield, Meg McLain and Kathryn Dill were arrested on Aug. 20 for selling the lemonade as part of National Lemonade Freedom Day — a nationwide protest formed in response to a recent rash of children’s lemonade stands being shut down by police.

“a nationwide protest formed in response to a recent rash of children’s lemonade stands being shut down by police.”

Do you mean that the police in these cases have revealed themselves to “protect and serve” the interests of the State?

Perish the thought!

Every time I see those Verizon wireless "Lemonade" commercials, my first response is "\snort\ yeah, right!"

That little girl would have been out of business before she made her very first phone call on that cell phone her daddy gave her!

The city government probably would have sent the swat team to close her down (and shoot her dog!)

Only if you have a lime-green sofa with a fuzzy foot rug.

Dang, Govt. is absolutely insane these days. Dang, these subversives are destroying our country with their refreshing drinks of capitalism.
