Interestingly (or not), Saif al-Islam was a key figure in securing the release of Abdelhakim Belhadj, head of the
Libyan Islamic Fighting Group and later one of the rebel commanders who helped overthrow Qadaffi.
I would imagine that there has been the occasional second thought...
