Libyan Deputy U.N. Ambassador Ibrahim Dabbashi says ousted leader Muammar Qaddafi was not killed by a Libyan government soldier, according to Reuters.
Dabbashi says Qaddafi died from wounds sustained before he was captured by Libyan fighters.
