In Feb 2010, they published a joint paper, describing a Nickel Hydrogen process capable of producing large quantities of excess heat on a scale commensurate with an unknown nuclear reaction. Where was that paper published?

Your friend Alan Fletcher may have found a significant flaw in Rossi's E-Cat design, enough of a flaw to totally invalidate his claims:

As he states, this is still a work in progress, but it does show that the E-Cat isn't the slam-dunk miracle the fans think it is.

Where was that paper published? You seriously don't know why he asked where this was published, really?
Now if it was published in Helvetica Chimica Acta, a publication you no doubt haven't heard of, it gives it a little more credibly than posting favorable reports from a blog.
When will we have definitive proof this thing works and how efficient or how much over unity it is?
For ∞ times I've asked what industry is your expertise in?
