This was right after Washington voters had gone to the polls and rejected a tax on soda pop and re-imposed a two-thirds vote requirement for tax hikes in the legislature.

Yet these same voters voted for Democrats. Insanity.

No doubt about it, Washington State government has already cut everything "right to the bone" and there's nothing left to do but look for new "funding."
