Precisely so. CA just implemented cap and trade regulations in the last week, and the EPA is already crushing us, it just hasn’t made most people’s radar. Once about 15% of our coal capacity shuts down in the next couple years due to new regulations put in place in the last 6 months, it’ll really get on people’s radar.
