Unfortunately, in my current neighborhood, I’d rather have access to a Burglary Offender List.
I’m not kidding much, but seriously: There’s no serial assaulter list, no murderer list...
If our courts would just get bad people off the street, make them do hard time, make prison something no one wanted to repeat etc, we could do away with a lot of this stuff. And of course let people have the means to defend their own turf.
