All of the above. Even sent a photo of the little boy playing on the roof. Not sure if the State is taking any action. They were nice kids when they were younger, but now as they grow without adult supervision trouble is a bruing.

We complain about Government intrusion, mismanagement, waste, fraud & abuse. Time to add another one - gross negligence.
