I wonder what the likely outcome is. Son grows up being known as "Adolph Hitler Campbell," becomes a skinhead criminal and kills a few people? Or son grows up embarassed by the name, goes by Dolph, and eventually changes it to Dolph Harvey?

It could go other way, and it's a terrible shame to do that to a child, but it's none of the government's business. How is it that this is an issue, when their are children being beaten and God knows what else. Why not focus on real problems; the kids in serious need of help?

There was a real family in I think “Freakonomics” where a black man named one son Winner and another Loser. Louser goes by Lou and is a cop. Winner is a chronic criminal. Based on cultural assumptions, it would be the other way around.
