NBC is now hyping that one Cain accuser received a cash settlement... which, of course, means anything and nothing in these cases:

Just a rhetorical question. Politico had to find someone to talk about this allegation. Assuming they know the identities of the women and have talked with them concerning the allegation; assuming (by Politico’s reporting) there was a confidentiality clause in the agreement. Would talking to Politico violate the terms of the settlement agreement and allow the National Restaurant Association to sue for breach of contract and recover their “cash payment?” Just curious?
