RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- A Halloween-themed graphic featuring a zombie President Barack Obama with a bullet hole in his forehead provoked widespread outrage and the attention of the Secret Service Monday after a local Republican committee in Virginia used it to scare up interest in Halloween parade political activities.
The montage, a banner on a mass email to Loudoun Republicans, mingles seasonal images including a jack-o-lantern, a disfigured U.S. Rep. Nancy Pelosi and a throng of flesh-hungry zombie Obama supporters.

My question is why did they need to make up a picture of Obama looking like a zombie? He looks like one already!

I hope this just a case of the forgotten sarcasm tag.
After all during the GW Bush administration we had a book on how to assassinate the president a movie of the same and little out cry about either. And I ddont recall the SS being all that worried about it.
And let’s not forget that the graphic of Bush as the Joker predated the Obama as the Joker.
It seems odd that political humor becomes unacceptable when a Democratic President comes to town.

Don’t worry, the Democrats do have the picture of Obama with a bullet in his head and you will see it again and again on campaign commercials in 2012.
There will be billboards in every African American neighborhood with that image with the words, “This is not only what the Republicans want to do to President Obama, but it is also what they want to do to you and America.”
Just, Brilliant.
That image would be relevant if it were paid for by the Democratic Party.
The problem with the Obama bullet in his head picture is that is was paid for by the Republican Party.
What were they thinking?

The GOP have so many bullet holes in their foots they just go right through now.

It is one thing for an individual to make fun of the president in this manner. It is another for the opposition party to do the same.
And yes, there was little buzz about the same thing for Bush, and the reason is because the MSM is in the Dem's hip pocket. So it does no good to the GOP to throw red meat like this to the MSM. That is why I think it was stupid.
