Carrollton Police are still investigating how Jasmen Gonzalez, 10, was stabbed to death over the weekend. They haven't arrested a suspect, but say Jose Sifuentes, 23, is considered a person of interest. He's the only person of interest, but still faces no charges. He's being held in Carrollton for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

As those living in the Carrollton Heights neighborhood got ready for Halloween night, it was a real horror they were all talking about.

"I don't even know if my kids are safe anymore," said Martha Rojas. She lives less than a block away from where police found Gonzalez's body Sunday afternoon.

Police say Jasmen Gonzalez, 10 years old, was stabbed, and was lying face-down in the bushes of a home in the 1100 block of Clint. Her shirt was missing. Her pants and underwear were pulled down to her knees.

Another government approved illegal immigrant?

I sure hope Jose Sifuentes, 23, was not receiving in-state tuition. It just wouldn't look good.

“I sure hope Jose Sifuentes, 23, was not receiving in-state tuition. It just wouldn’t look good.”

You must be “heartless” to make a comment like that. In-state tuition coupled with doubling the belefits on his Lone Star card would have turned Jose into a productive citizen. Don’t believe me? Ask Rick Perry.

If LEGAL aliens would realize in large numbers that conservatives share a lot of their values— controlling crime, pro life (most are Catholic), Pro family, you think they'd vote Republican. But democrats scare them in to thinking legal or not they'll all be kicked out. I have met several LEGAL aliens that believe many of the illegals aren't just here “looking for jobs”, but are outrunning what law is left in Mexico. They are bound to commit more crimes here, and they can be harder to catch with their fake paper trail running back and forth across the border at will.

It's like if you let out the murderers and rapists in the U.S., let them run around with fake ID’s and SS cards and then wondered why you couldn't catch them. But these illegals also pass freely into Mexico when they feel cornered. If I were a legal immigrant, I'd be p***ed because these criminals make me look bad and often return to American Latino communities and prey on their own ethnic group.
