Lefty media pounce on vague allegations

I don’t know what Herman Cain did or didn’t do at the National Restaurant Association, and neither do you.

But I can quote you some of what the journalistic common nightwalkers of Politico said in their alleged blockbuster: “There were also descriptions of physical gestures that were not overtly sexual but that made women who experienced or witnessed them uncomfortable.”

Not overtly sexual? That could mean anything. Please pass the salt. Get me Joe on the phone. How ’bout them Steelers?

Do you remember this exact same point in the 2008 campaign? The National Enquirer had just started running their exclusive stories on John Edwards, who had a pregnant flower-child girlfriend on his campaign staff. So Edwards got his top aide to lie that he had knocked up the hippie chick, while the ex-senator was running around trying to get a 100-year-old woman to give him more hush money.

The mainstream media knew it was all true. But they wouldn’t say boo. Edwards was one of the Beautiful People. He’s a Democrat, and his upcoming trial on corruption charges changes nothing.

Can the moonbats possibly despise Herman Cain any more than they already do? On Friday, a former DNC spokesman said Republicans love Cain because “he’s a black man who knows his place.”

She said this on MSNBC, which employs one Al Sharpton. This man of God made his bones touting Tawana Brawley, who falsely accused a group of white men of raping her.

There’ve been a lot of these sorts of allegations — Clarence Thomas 20 years ago, more recently the Duke lacrosse team. And now we have another high-tech lynching, as Thomas put it. And Cain knew it was coming.

Funny, isn’t it? Cain is accused of “gestures that were not overtly sexual” and he’s the lead story on every left-wing newscast (or do I repeat myself)? Ted Kennedy killed a woman, and if you ever deigned to bring it up, you were dismissed as a “hater.”

Remember Juanita Broaddrick? She claimed she was violently raped by Bill Clinton in a Little Rock hotel room? She gave an interview to NBC in which she said that while he was forcibly taking her, he had controlled her by biting her lower lip and drawing blood. And after finishing with her, she said the future president told her, “Better put some ice on that.”

NBC had that on videotape but refused to run it. Herman Cain, accused by unnamed employees of vague allegations, got no such courtesies last night.

The only question now is, which party put out the contract to Politico? Doesn’t really matter, I suppose, if you’re Cain. Better put some ice on it, Herman.

I agree. Bring up Juanita Brodderick and Edwards every time.

Use this story as a stick to beat the MSM for their overt bias.

It was almost embarrassing to watch the talking heads on CNN drool and slaver as they waited for the big question to be asked during the interview.

Some women are so prickly about their looks that they can’t accept a compliment no matter how genuine.My well meaning husband told the owner of his gym that her hair looked nice and she went cold on him. When he got home he asked me what he did wrong and I told him that maybe she thought he was implying that it usually doesn’t look nice. I advised him to keep all his comments to himself when it comes to any woman he doesn’t really know.

And of course the media is silent about the mystery man
occupying the White House and his past.

Jesse Jackson's love child, while he was "ministering" to Bill Clinton after the Lewinsky scandal. When did the MSM know about that one? I recall that Drudge broke that story.

Now(Cain):

Erin Matson, a vice president for the National Organization for Women, said the women in question should be given the benefit of the doubt.

“It is deeply insulting that this is being called political,” Matson said. “Sexual harassment allegations are always about a woman who is simply trying to go to work.”

Then(Clinton):

On CNN, legal scholar and former Democratic strategist Susan Estrich declared that it was healthy for feminists to make the point that “not all women necessarily are telling the truth, and not every complaint deserves to be used in a way which destroys a man.” (Trying to neutralize charges of partisan hypocrisy, Estrich also noted, “Maybe we show it in the case of a friend of ours, but so be it.”)

Herman Cain needs to recruit those exonerated guys from the Duke Lacrosse case into his campaign.

They could be known as the 999 Boyz.
