Show me someone going to New Orleans for a vacation and I’ll show you someone going there for the first time.

I like to spend time in New Orleans, but I seldom go to Bourbon Street.

Some of the best restaurants in the world. Jacquesimo's on Oak Street is a personal favorite.

Ya know, you can’t be New Orleans for food (esp. Mother’s). The WWII museum in nice, too.

I was in the French Quarter on Bourbon Street just last week. The place really is a s*** hole. In fact, all of New Orleans is a run-down mess (and this isn’t just from Katrina). I can’t see myself going there on a vacation.

We once visited friends who had been transferred there. Notice that was once, one time, never again. We made the mistake of doing the tourist thing and going down to Bourbon Street. Ugh. Lysol!!! We couldn't get out of there fast enough and that was during daylight hours.
