POTUS is a figure head a lot like the Queen of England but in Obama’s mind KING of America.
They may be the leader of the country but the laws that governed are separate.. i.e. made up buy the Legislative, governed buy the Judicial and carried out by the Executive branches. (Yeah you know this).
Obama is clueless yet a supposed constitutional scholar. We’ll see where that lead in the future.

John Anderson - no relation - who made his bid for the presidency on the Independent ticket in 1980. That same year at the age of 25, Steve Anderson ran for Congress but lost in the Republican primary to Lynn Martin, who would later become both a good friend and President George Bush's secretary of labor."
