Waiting for the annual replay of the "achievement gap" story. Same story every year. We need more money to close the achievement gap. Get a clue. It's isn't something that can be fixed. It is mostly genetic, partially cultural. No more money.

It is 100% cultural.

The measure of student sucess is not genetics, it is parental involvement.
