Yeah, there’s a whole lot that can be dealt with. But there are also bosses who take it to the brink of extortion. They don’t think of it in such a way, but cross them and a job could be lost over it.
There’s a lot of both fake accusations and real transgressions that go along. A lot that’s deflected and some times when the offer is acted upon.
That doesn’t mean that FR has to devolve to all the misogynistic trash name calling that’s going on here, presumption that the women are lying gold-diggers, etc.
No, but based on both experience and observation, it seems likely to me that none of the sexual harassment charges against Cain are meaningful.
That's all we can say -- "likely" -- one way or the other. Because we're never going to know the truth of any of these incidents. Chiefly because the reporting sources aren't interested in the truth, only their own agenda.
