Since the media has taken upon itself to be the public accuser, it is incumbent upon them to either 1.) name the specific sources and circumstances, upon whom it is also encumbent to pursue a public trial, or 2.) expect the scorn and ridicule of reasonable people. In my book, trial by innuendo is trial from outyourendo.
