Anti harassment laws are used to harass.
Anti discrimination laws are used to discriminate.
That happens a lot with laws that the libs are making.

As I remember it, sexual harassment laws came into effect to protect women from having to sleep with the boss to get a raise or a promotion.
How did it become a catch-all gotcha for any little offense, real or imagined?
A misplaced word or gesture can get a guy fired on someones say-so.
Laws have to be clear. This one needs a do-over or get scrapped.

This story broke late last week yet there was a national poll on Tuesday (I believe) that shows Cain has jumped to a 7 percentage point lead over Romney. While Cain is pointing the finger at Perry, I'm not positive his camp (or Romney's, for that matter) is responsible for the leak. I think the Dems are simply afraid of Cain's ability to win in 2012 and that, ultimately, is the source of the leak.
