ah - “if your are a texan” was to explain, that we who live here know the details of our legislature which would not be familar to folks in say California. Our legislature meets every two years - that means not many bills are passed because most of the folks that go to Austin have to return to their homes and work under any rules they passs, so they don’t pass much. Which is my the “executive” does very little harm. I saw your “handle calex” which to mean means you no longer live in Calif. and I also saw your “I’m for Cain line” - I was trying to show not just you but all who scan the messages - Perry has little to do with our laws and how business grows here.
