I don’t believe that the customer is always right, but you should treat them as if they are almost every time. If you are smart you will. Call it what you will but they recieved money.
The point is that there is some percentage of our population that is just plain loony. In every large organization, they exist and they file frivolous lawsuits. This smells like one of those times.
BTW, who are you supporting to win the nomination? I’m holding off on guessing for now...
