Mark Block knows because Deace said this on his show on October 3rd:
Look at this from Rightscoop:
On Monday, Deace posted a message on his Facebook page that Cain had said things to both of my female staffers that at best are professionally awkward if not inappropriate over the last several months.
On Monday, Deace told The Des Moines Register he didnt want to talk publicly about what Cain did that made the women present at his radio interviews uncomfortable.
I have instructed our employees not to address the situation specifically, Deace said Monday. At this point I see no need in dragging them into this individually.
During his Oct. 3 broadcast in Iowa, Deace mentioned that Cain made a comment to a woman who was there to report on the radio interview for another news agency.
Cain said, Darling, do you mind doctoring my tea for me? Deace said.
Deace told the Register last month that he believes Cain was talking about adding honey and lemon, but that it was an awkward moment.

_______
Deace has LOST IT.
Deace is a Bachmann supporter who thinks Cain is her main obstacle.
For real?!!!
And this guy actually is considered “influential?”
No, that has got to be sarcasm, that really isn’t what he said???
Cain said, Darling, do you mind doctoring my tea for me? Deace said.
Deace is certifiable if he judges this to be harassment.
I was the receptionist at my husband's office. I offered cream and sugar for our clients.
I always considered it to be a professional courtesy.
When I was in college (30 years ago) my mother warned me not to be associated with NOW women. She said they don't shave their legs or underarms, and if I joined the organization Mom warned me that she'd yank me out of college.
I was raised the RIGHT waY.
Wow, that is some weak tea indeed, this guy looks like he is just trying to find any reason to thump the tub against Herman Cain.
Though I suspect Cain will do just fine in Iowa.
I'm sure Deace must be wrong. I'm CERTAIN that Cain said, "Darlin' . . . " not "darling". Makes a world of difference. Southern men use terms of endearment everywhere they go. Any woman who takes offense at that needs to grow up and appreciate it. If I were there, I would have smiled and said "Sure, Mr. Cain. How would you like it?"
Cain said, Darling, do you mind doctoring my tea for me? Deace said.”
OMG... we’ve got him now! Cain has had it with this one, it’s over.
I doubt that I have ever seen (used) a more direct pickup line.
Should I ask a female to add honey and lemon to my tea, you can bet the farm that I am trying to jump her bones.
If I compliment her on the jewelry she has chosen to wear, I’m going in for the kill.....get out of the way...I’m going to take her right then and right there!!
Cain and Block haven’t done themselves any favors on this mess, but this corrupt and deception filled witch hunt is beyond despicable. I’d support Cain on this stuff even if I couldn’t stand the man.
Deace told the Register last month that he believes Cain was talking about adding honey and lemon, but that it was an awkward moment.
I'm shocked that Cain would say something so outrageous! I guess this disqualifies him from being president. /s
Seriously, this Deace guy sounds like a real scumbag. I'll bet he has a real problem with women. He sounds like the type of guy that would be a stalker or peeping tom or something.
The people that are criticizing Cain over this sexual harassment bs have zero credibility. I wonder whom this clown is supporting.
>>>Deace has LOST IT.
He never had “IT” - whatever “IT” may be to lose. :)
It is inappropriate to ask a woman reporter to fetch tea or coffee. Do you suppose that’s what Deace meant?
