A decision, I have made is that no one will ever send me to a concentration camp.
In women's defense classes, it is taught that some decisions should be made, now, and well in advance of any problem. For instance, I personally have decided that I will resist with all my effort any attempt at being pulled into a car. The perp will need to kill me on the spot right there in the parking lot.
When I saw the news stories of the men being dragged from their homes in Bosnia and pulled out into the street and shot, I made a decision. If that every happened here, the thugs would have to get through me first before dragging the men and boys in my family out onto the street. I would do everything I possibly could. They would have to kill me first, a 64 year old grandmom.
Well....Again, no one will ever send me to a concentration camp, no matter what euphemistic name they give it. My Warsaw Ghetto moment starts right here at my front door.
I’ve long thought that without a local (neighborhood) self defense plan, the old ‘...when they pry my cold dead fingers...’ is a self-fulfilling mission statement.
Problem is, most folks think organizing like that is just not acceptable. Crazy, even.
Any suggestions on great places to live in Wisconsin, Ladies? Northern or Western WI is where I’ll eventually be headed - or else TN.
I live 10 miles south of ‘The People’s Republik of Madistan.’ The politics are amusing, but destructive as hell to your state. I’d suggest staying out of the following counties:

Milwaukee
Any others, Ladies? The NW corner of our state touching MN is a hotbed of Liberals, too...
Our system of government appears to be breaking down if you ask me.
We are sooooo damn far from the guidance of the constitution it's pitiful.
Proof positive, when one even mentions the constitution in regards to ANYTHING having to do with public policy, our reps get this blurry look in their eyes, like.....what? what are you talking about.

Re your “self-fulfilling mission statement” - I fully concur with your assessment of that situation, and have for many years now.
Confidence is a great thing, up to a certain point.
Many American gun-owners, however, may have invested in that attitude just a little more heavily than we ought, methinks - perhaps to the point of complacency, and a rude awakening / reality check may not be too far away.
Ya I know. Dane and Milwaukee counties are a given. I’m looking at Kenosha County short term and around Brown County for the long term. After all, I am a Packer fan!

Ozaukee or Washington Counties. You can still get a rural area close to all the conveniences and those 2 counties are the most conservative in WI. Waukesha would be next on the list, but is more crowded.

Interesting I thought Nixon resigned but it never went that far.Don’t know why I thought there was more honor and character back when and he was not forced to resign.And then Slick Willy was shocked when he was impeached because he could not claim EP.IMO even if Obama were subpoened in this facet you speak about he would still ignore it and be above the rule of law because he is the first half black POTUS.Bottom line what if some devil trickery is used and Obama cheats with voter ID and illegals and ACORN ET AL and somehow wins?What will become of America?Pitchfork time or the media will STILL COVER FOR OBAMA and we will all live under what Obama’s occupy mob cited-tyranny?
