Oy! I dropped my application into a post box at 2AM Tuesday morning with a listed 11AM pickup time. But at this rate, they've received an average of 5000 applications per day, yet processed only 250 per day.
I might be in for a wait!

Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen was the first applicant in Wisconsin to receive a permit. Yep. Permit #1. What a friggin' jerk. Now he wants to increase the training hours to 8, instead of four. This is outside of the law, but the DOJ feels they can do want they want. Walker needs to put the hammer down on that viper pit of Doyle statists. At least Walker will sign the Castle Doctrine bill. My app went out on day 1. We are in for a long wait.

Boy, if all the states became “shall issue” for concealed firearms, think of all the revenue they would generate.
Regardless, the idea that you need a permit to carry still irks me when the 2nd Amendment says I can do so without one.
